Shipping
We offer guaranteed free 3-day shipping on all domestic orders, no matter the size or weight. This will be automatically applied at checkout. All orders placed during the business week before 3:00 pm EST will be processed and shipped the same day, with tracking information emailed to you. If you place on order on a Saturday or Sunday, your package will ship on Monday. Any orders over $200 in value will require an adult signature upon delivery. We ship to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. This includes P.O. boxes.

Returns
Returns are accepted for thirty (30) days from the date the order is received, with the exception of apparel and footwear. Free return shipping is offered to customers exchanging for a different size or item; and customers who wish to received a refund via store credit. $5 flat rate return shipping is applied for returns for a cash refund to the payment method applied originally at checkout. The $5 charge for return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Footwear and apparel returns are accepted for fifteen (15) days from the date the order is received. Free return shipping is offered to customers exchanging for a different size or item; and customers who wish to received a refund via store credit. $5 flat rate return shipping is applied for returns for a cash refund to the payment method applied originally at checkout. The $5 charge for return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Defective product returns are accepted for a period of thirty (30) days from the date the order is received, with free return shipping.

Non-defective returns received in used, worn, damaged, missing parts/accessories/packaging, or misrepresented in any way will be rejected and returned to the customer. Outland reserves the right to reject any return previously authorized if received in unacceptable condition, and Outland will solely determine if and when to apply refunds to customer returns.
